Hello,

I have setup a view panels for recent posts of user, but I don't know how to customise it to display only selected type of posts. At the moment I can see all content types (blogs, nodes, story etc) in recent posts of user, but I would like to allow only recent posts from selected node type.
How I can do this ?

In the view you're using, add a "Node: Type" filter and select the node types you want to use. You may need to create a new view (clone the existing view) if you don't want to modify the original.
