do not set "max login ping-pong values" to 0!!!

yeah, so I figured it was a good idea to set the max login ping-pong values to 0.... oh such a bad idea it was :x

if u do this, every person logging in will get their account blocked

maybe it'd be more interesting to have it be infinite if set to 0, coz this rly doesn't have any functionality

I rly don't care how many times ppl try to double-login, I just don't want them to be logged in twice so only 1 admin can be making changes at a time
for now I'll just leave it at 9999, but they're bound to exceed that limit some day
