Hi Friends.

I Want to convert a clantemplates.com design to Drupal, their designs are free always you keep their copyright in the theme, so, If I convert a design to Drupal and I keep their credits in the theme, Can I put the image files in the Drupal CVS?

I'm a bit lost in this area.

As long as you maintain their copyright, you should be fine, since themes are always the intellectual property of those who created them. Back-end Drupal structure is under GPL. You could also contact them about porting a theme to Drupal and see what they have to say.

I'm sure that clantemplates allows me to port the theme, because the aim of clantemplates is that.

So I think that there won't be any problem from them, I think the problem will be here with the copyrighted images in the CVS which is GNU/GPL.
