Issue Summary
WIthout a .info file, Mobit settings show up with no header in the settings screen. I created this one and it works fine:

description = Alows users to choose a theme for use with mobile devices.

Project is abandoned and marking its issues as fixed. Anyone using or interested in this might want to investigate using Mobile Tools.
