Facebook data within Drupal

Hi there,

I haven't been able to find any information for this question so if the info's already out there, a link would we great.

I'm currently building a private photo sharing website using Drupal and Gallery2. I've noticed the 'Drupal for Facebook' module, and with the recent announcement of 'Facebook Connect' I'm wondering what abilities there are to pull user data from facebook profiles and displaying it within a Drupal profile.

Almost everything I've seen talks about developing apps to display data from a Drupal website on facebook, but (for the moment) i'm only interested in finding out how much can be pulled from facebook and displayed in Drupal.

for example, would it be possible to pull a users profile picture, status, friend list, basic information, and wall, filter the friend list and wall to show only other users that have profiles within drupal, and then display it all in the drupal profile?

I know it's still early stages with facebook module development, but it'd be nice to know what's possible already, and what can be possible with a bit of creative coding.
