I am assuming the alphs 3 was wrongly tagged as 1.1-alpha3 and that 1.0-alpha-4 is the newer version?

You need to go into the admin releases section of both modules (this and machinelearningapi) and untag the 1.1-alpha 3 as the recommended/supported version, or have a new release that is higher than 1.1-alpha3.
