Hi I am getting the same error. It actually locks you out of your admin. the only way to get back into your admin is to delete this file in the cpanel file manager. But it says that it is required when you do.

thank you...hmmm maybe I misunderstood what committed means...because I re-downloaded and same error

by committed does that means someone is working on it or that it's been fixed?

Committed means the changes are made to CVS, so its get included the next time a release is made
