Fatal Error: Call to undefined function ubrowser() in UC-product.module line 1804

I'm trying to implement the great new version of ubercart an stumbling a bit. I get "
" Fatal error: Call to undefined function ubrowser() in /home/www/Drupal6/sites/all/modules/ubercart/uc_product/uc_product.module on line 1804"
when trying to click Store Administration the "products". If I go to "add product", the product page comes up, but there is no place to include an image, though image is defined as a product field at store administration / configuration / product settings. I think I have all the right modules integrated, though things are a little different from the version 5 line-up. Thanks for any tip.
