Installed properly ok database ok permissions, put .htaccess on but when I go to the address
www.chelseawebworks.com/magic/index.php it won't finish loading.
Any ideas?

tried clean new database and
tried clean new database and install and now getting:

so I copied settings.php and renamed it default.settings.php
then refreshed and got:
