Hey Fred... thanks for the simple screenshot. I committed fixes to all these with the minor exception of the username. I didn't want to change the function I'm using there to generate the - for non-logged in useres (i.e. actions that happen in checkout). I would've had to do that to use the full user name. The info there is actually coming from user initials, which you can configure at /admin/store/settings/store/initials. I did make the user ID a link, though.
