Make the display of Technorati module more configurable

The attached patch adds three new configuration settings to the Technorati module. All settings are related to the display behaviour of the module.

• Unify technorati tags
  Use this option if you want to have only one occurrence of each choosen tag.
• Sort technorati tags
  Sort the tags when displaying Technorati links.
• Hide technorati display if empty
  Hide the display of the Technorati icon and the Technorati Tags label, if there are no tags assigned to a node.
