Issue Summary
Would this make sense to add as a feature to the Book access module? Seems like these features belong together rather than as two modules. Any discussion with that maintainer?

From what I can tell, book_restrict provides one of the features that book_access provides. I'm referring to the 'create pages' permission per book provided by book_access.
So book_restrict is redundant.

Really old thread, but for whatever it's worth. Book Access is an access control system that probably won't work together with any other access control system. So if you are, for instance, using OG you could not use Book Access, but you could use Book Restrict. It all may be moot since there isn't even a release for this module, but I came across this while trying to solve this problem in OG, and Book Access is not a solution I can use.
