Issue Summary
Site administrators often tinker with their sites quite a lot, and don't want that to be reflected in the visitor statistics. I'd like the ability to not log statistics from selected users.

All those responsibilities are now of visibility_api's shoulders, where you have already requested an upgrade.
If you would really like a quick fix, you may want to edit the code and manually disable it for certain users or roles.

Please install visibility_api.module and see the settings for firestats to set user exclusion list.
