A month or so ago I went live with my oxybooster site created in drupal 5, Aquauto.com . It has standard Garland theme (not original, but still looks nice) but has lots of functionality. Here is a quick list:
-User submitted vehicle database (cck, views, Content Taxonomy)
-User submitted Electrolyzer database (cck and views)
-Forums (forums and advanced forum)
-Images galleries (imagefield imagecache, ImageField Gallery)
-Modified user profile page (custom user.tpl.php, Imagecache Profile Pictures)
-Wiki (wiki tools, interwiki, tableofcontents)
-Private messaging (Privatemsg)
-Notifications (Messaging, Notifications)
-lots more little stuff (smiles, BUEditor, quotes, flat comments, etc...)
