Add postgresql specific sections to:
daily.install -> daily_install, daily_uninstall
daily.module -> daily_cron

Make sql postgresql/mysql agnostic in:
daily_daily.inc
daily_data.inc

This patch is tested for postgresql-8.1.

Thanks for the patch. With a few small alterations it has now been committed.
Also, several issues you fixed in this patch were still relevant for the Drupal 6 branch and have been applied there too.
