On the site I'm working on, we don't need fine-grained control per content type yet. However, we might need that in the future, and this module also looks to be the most maintained. I've attached a patch which adds an "All Node Types" option, so you only need to put in a role and a format once. I'd appreciate it if this could be considered for inclusion into the project.
