Be specific
"Does something like this" is way too vague, and to create a site like the one you linked to would probably need half a dozen modules at least.
If you want something, be specific about it, otherwise no one can help you.

Creo que he construido algo similar a lo que describes. En nuestro sitio, tenemos varios tipos de recursos: recursos de web, libro, y programa. Lo hicimos por construirlos tres tipos de contenido usando el CCK y otros módulos, tal como Views y Link.
I believe that I've built something similar to what you're describing. On our site, we have various resource types: web, book, and software resources. We did it by building three content types using the CCK y other modules, like Views and Link.

Myself, I don't know of any modules that will count site visits. I am sure Drupal has some, but have never used them. In general, here are some good places to start when you need to research new modules:
