Attached is a patch against both the s5_textfield.module and s5_book.module files. (Patch is against HEAD)

The s5_textfield module isn't much different. Basically, just some minor changes to hook_help, hook_menu and hook_theme had to be done.

The s5_book module had to change a lot since the new book API is considerably different. I haven't thoroughly tested the UI for creating slide shows from books.
