Fire fox is giving the display right , however internet explorer is messing it up inside drupal .
when the page(html) i test outside drupal , it works fine on both IE and FF .

Any idea ?

This issue appears to have been fixed on the site in question however for future reference, when used correctly, the module will function hand in hand with all browsers.

A number of live examples running the CSS Module are evidence of this.

Correct CSS Rules must be used and by-default, the CSS Module does not override any Input Filters.. as the code customisation will be stripped by the system.
