Adds based on each user blog

It could be a great idea if as done with taxonomy, you can show banners per blog user. For example.

I have a blog comunity where each person has it´s own blog (on the same drupal system) with his own url (http://example.org/blogs/user1, http://example.org/blogs/user2). At the same time I have one banner at the top page called by banner_display(0). It could be nice if I can define one banner for each user so that in his page only appears his own adds.

Can this be possible? Thank you, Simon.
