How to Swish-e module in drupal 5.11

Hi
I am installed swish-e module in my drupal 5.11 version.But i don't no how to use that module
.And i have small doubts in that

1.Is it a search module.
2.What is the perpose of that module
3.How to use that module

is any one no that one ,please suggested me ,

The project page of the module explains what it is: http://drupal.org/project/swish

It looks to me like it indexes uploaded files and allows them to be searched.

I've never used it to know anything more then what is on the project page and on the swish-e page here: http://www.swish-e.org/

I don't know that you should be throwing modules at your installation especially if you don't understand what they do.

Also of note, there is no version 5.11 of drupal. The latest is 5.9
