Is this theme even supported? Bugs have been stacking up, and the maintainer appears to have not posted anything in over 90 days.

pengi commentedI know, it's really a pity. I've wrote an email to pixture and heard nothing back either. The pixture studio website also seems to be on autopilot.
Pixture, the theme author, has a great touch with drupal themes. I hope someone else who is good at drupal themes can step in and fix some of the bugs, at least until pixture can get back to it.

Jeff Burnz commentedI'm stepping up to help pixture with support, I have also written to pixture to discuss the support issues. I'll give it a couple of weeks and see what happens, if nothing gives we'll have to take it from there.

Jeff Burnz commentedI am now the co-maintainer (actually have been for a while now).

aren cambre commentedYay!

aren cambre commentedI'm reopening this issue. No commits in over a year, and no recent apparent progress on bugs. If no response from maintainer in 2 weeks, will transfer to Drupal.org webmasters queue under abandoned projects process.

pixture commentedI am planning to release new version sometime soon. (6.x-2.x) which is kind of new and rewrite from scratch. I do not have plan to upgrade 1.x any more. Please use Pixture Reload instead. New version will have some additional feature and internal changes. (going to tableless, etc...)
If you would like to provide a patch to 1.x to fix bugs, you are quite welcome.

Jeff Burnz commentedThere is not a single critical bug posted against this theme apart from this one that you have marked as critical because you consider the theme is not being maintained. Right now all I really see are users posting mostly minor style issues which is not enough to warrant a new version, since these mostly only affect edge cases.
If this is not the case how about compiling a list of issues and helping work through each issue with patches, testing and active involvement?
I have been here watching for critical issues, but there haven't been any. Just because we don't have time to placate to every edge case use of the theme does not mean its not being maintained or the issue queues are not being watched regularly.

aren cambre commentedThanks for the updates! I look forward to 6.x-2.x.
