Exciting Community Build - Immediate Start

I am building a new community site and have design and CSS / HTML. I now need to build the site. Modules used include Vote Up / Down, Ratings and Custom Forms. I would expect some 'non standard' adaptation of existing modules may be required.

If you have experience building communities and using these modules, and adapting drupal modules then perhaps we can work together.

Other work is highly likely is this project is successful, and even shares!
