Default profile setting is confusing

Description
The Default profile setting on the Civinode Settings page is confusing. It is not used as default but it IS the profile which is used to display contacts.
And yes, I have seen the note in civinode_get_default_profile_id() "TO DO: make this settable for the individual". But until that time I propose to change the title of the settings from 'Default profile' to 'Contact Profile' to avoid unnecessary confusion.
The attached patch fixes this.
