Google Checkout integration complete. Ubercart is now a certified provider of Google Checkout.

Added carrier-calculated shipping. Set default values for these services on the Shipping tab of the Google Checkout settings.
Added state-based taxes.

GCO shipping and taxes are independent of Ubercart's uc_quote and uc_taxes modules. Google Checkout calculates their value and returns them as line items directly to the order. If your store uses Ubercart's regular checkout as well as Google Checkout, make sure your tax rules at least are consistent.

Order comments that are emailed to the customer with uc_notify are also sent to the buyer's Google Checkout page.
