I'm moving my hosting provider from Powweb to Site5.
I'm up and running fine on Site5 yet YouTube code does NOT work on Site5 but does on Powweb!
I installed brand new Drupal 6.3 copies to both sites and did not add any further modules - just the core Drupal on both sites.
I copied the following code to both (Page), Powweb works just fine but Site5 just sits there empty. Here is the code:
<p> </p><p class="rtecenter"><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="375" width="500" menu="true" loop="true" play="true" src="/sites/default/files/flash/Coffee%20Mug_controller.swf" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"></embed></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><a target="_blank" href="/sites/default/files/flash/Coffee%20Mug_controller.swf">Click this to see my coffee mug</a></p><p> This is added information</p>
(This is my test YouTube flick)
Anyone have any idea why the difference?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Code missing
oops forgot you guys filter code but it does work.
=-=
are you using the FULL HTML input format on both sites ?
Yep
Yes, both are set to Full HTML
=-=
a link to both sites so that we can view the source ?
I highly doubt this is a hosting issue.
My Homer Simpson moment.. Forget this thread...
Homer said it best - D'oh!
I'm sorry to waste your time, I mixed my code for YouTube and Camtasia Studio 5.
There is NO problem with Site5, just confusion on my part.
If you can zap this thread please delete it, this is embarrassing.
Where's my donuts?

There is no reason for the thread to be deleted. Not a common practice here at drupal.org. The thread may still help someone someday who will make the same kind of mistake.
no big deal.
glad you got it sorted out.
Thanks....but
I get this error message on the Status Report page after GD Library:
HTTP request status Fails
Your system or network configuration does not allow Drupal to access web pages, resulting in reduced functionality. This could be due to your webserver configuration or PHP settings, and should be resolved in order to download information about available updates, fetch aggregator feeds, sign in via OpenID, or use other network-dependent services.
This is on the new Site5 installation and not on the Powweb.
Anyone have a clue what this means?
(This is not for a new Drupal installation but with 20+ modules added)
P.S.
More information:
The problem is with the module Update Status - it's causing this error. I deactivated EVERY module in the Drupal 6.3 and this is the culprit.

possible corrupt file ? I'd try uploading the update status module again.
I may also clear my cache tables in the DB.
update status works on site 5 i use it.
Gone...
The error message disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared; I did not reinstall Drupal.
All is back to normal, at least normal for me.
So I'll take credit for fixing it then...

glad it's sorted out. Any more questions feel free to start a new thread rather then compound them into this one.
It's not a hosting issue, as
It's not a hosting issue, as I post YouTube videos on my site which is also hosted by Site5.
