Other ad formats

Hi guys,
I was wondering you could build in support for some other ad formats into adsense.module,
I'd hack it in myself, but i'm not farmiliar with the procedure for creating and submitting patch files for projects,
basically I just want support for either the
Button (125x125)
https://www.google.com/adsense/images/125x125.gif
or
Vertical Banner (120 x 240)
https://www.google.com/adsense/images/120x240.gif
sizes, I think they'd best suit placing ads in a block, particularly the button, as its about the same size as most blocks.

I know I can just put the HTML into a block and do it that way, but it would be nice if the module supported it,
