Respect 'Content Types' settings when content type is renamed

When a given content type is renamed, Rep[lacement] Tags forgets its processing settings.

This is a minor request because renaming a content type is a probably going to be an occasional occurrence for most people. So it isn't a big deal for me, but it would be nice to not have to remember this quirk since I believe the new name is usually picked up by other modules, etc.
