Need help with Theme

Hello,

I'm looking for some help getting a drupal theme up and going, of course can pay for all work and time.
I have a site I'm trying to mimic in terms of style from the Zen Theme.

The task itself isn't huge and I'll be providing graphics to size.

Just need help piecing it together and getting it working.
