User actions not writing to entity logs

I've got a few rules set up that write to the entity log. Those involving nodes (node created) write to the logs perfectly, but actions for 'User logged in' and 'User viewed a page' are not writing to the log when a user makes said actions. I thought at first that a separate view may be generated for the 'user'-logs but alas, it doesn't appear so.

I've duplicated this on 2 separate fresh installs, any help is appreciated.
