The registration link go straight to an error message. We are running Drupal 5.9. Any idea what this may be I am not pro with code so any help would be great.

I figured this darn this out. Enable OPTION WIDGETS under CCK usually toward bottom and I also enabled content taxonomy options too. BUT I am pretty sure the first one will do the trick.
