Helo, I have an idea on my mind to create a website as a horizontal e-marketplace. Means that every registered user can open a store, maintain the inventory listing, do the billing (no necessarily integrated payment), and leave feedback.
Quite similar with eBay store but not including auction.
I just wondering whether Drupal is able to realize my dream :).

Any comment or advice or idea is highly appreciated.

I think all of this might be possible using Ubercart & the Ubercart Marketplace modules -

I've never tried the Marketplace module, but it looks like the thing you're after.
