Issue Summary
- deleting a node need taxonomy term deletion when there are no more content with it
- duplicated items!!!
- duplicated taxonomy terms using ' symbol (with and without it)
May be finding duplicates put inside premoderation queue??

Duplicate items in today's release of 6.x-1.1
Other two items I'd like you to elaborate on. I don't think deleting a taxonomy in any way makes sense regardless if it was generated or not. This seems to be something non-intuitive. Checking on the categories for ' or ’ seem to be trying to anticipate an error inside the feed. What do you think?

I think that deleting taxonomy needed cause empty Items is not good Idea
