Issue Summary
Not being forced to limit the number of tags to show in a tag cloud would be nice. It could perhaps be done by, which is close to convention, inputing '0' in its place.

no-limit is not an option since the database may contain tens of thousands of tags. There simply has to be *a* limit.

I believe this is a strange assumption to make. While this (potential) performance issue should definitely be considered, I believe a warning is sufficient. Then let people decide for themselves how they want their implementation to behave.
