I turned on the legacy panels module before running the script. But apparently the panels show up blank. When I go to edit the content, everything is shown correctly. If I create a new panel this issue doesn't exist, just my existing panels from panels1. I checked the shown column for the panel panes and they are all set to 1.

If anyone can at least help point me in the right direction, or tell me what other info that would be needed to help figure this out, it would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I am not able to get ANY panels content to show up, either new or old. I even uninstalled panels completely, installed panels2 again, create a new panel page, added a custom content block, and still when I preview nothing shows. THis same thing works fine on a clean install. I'm really racking my brain trying to figure this out! :-(
