User/Node lists require manual refresh after filtering/deleting or other updates

Hi there

I recently upgraded a number of modules on my site as well as upgraded to Drupal 5.9. I've now found that when I use a filter in the user list or content list that it, to say only list certain content types or user roles it loads but doesn't do anything. If I hit F5 or refresh the page the filter kicks in.

I've also found that other admin pages have a similar problem. If I update the performance settings they don't show as updated until I refresh the performance page.

My current setup or updates I've recently page are :

Drupal 5.9
Jquery Update 5.x-2.0

Thickbox 5.x-2.0
Imagecache 5.x-2.1

I've also upgraded the DB from 5.0.41 to 5.0.51b

Any thoughts on what might be the problem here? I can only assume it's something to do with the Drupal or Jquery update.
