How do I import my site members to the Mail Chimp mailing list?

I think you can accomplish this by making the list you want to subscribe them to 'required' and run cron until they're all in. Otherwise look for a module that will let you export your users as a csv and import it using the mailchimp import setting on mailchimp.com.

Be aware that subscribing users to a mailing list without their express permission may be a violation of your local laws.
