ok, yesterday i wanted to edit a block - clicked on blocks in admin, it just sits there and then finally dies. all other pages in the admin work fine

any ideas why?

has it worked before?
have you tried checking access permissions for your user in admin/user/access? look for administer block

yes - i am logged in as the administrator - and i have everyhting turned on in access - all other options work - this appears to be the only one :(

i need to edit my blocks!

any other ideas are very much appreciated.

i tried that - no go - so i went ahead and did a cron job run to see if maybe something was stuck - now my site won't load!

the admin i can get into fine (the blocks dont work still) but i can't get the site to load outside the admin

alright - i could really use some help here... i can't get the blocks page to load for anything in the admin - it just sits there forever - and then goes to a browser timeout page.

i want to upload a new theme but i can't do that until i can get into the blocks
