Issue Summary

This feeds cleans up the per content type settings form

* Enable / Disable button instead of checkbox - hides settings for non-feed content types
* Improved language
* Show advanced settings only if parser/processor activated
* Add field sets to structure form
* Use parser/processor description in radio and check box labels
