Arguement -- Flag Content: UID of Flag

I need all content for a specific UID supplied by the argument (the /user/$arg(1). I am using advanced profile and panels, and I cant seem to get results I want from this argument. Basically I created a "Bookmarks" flag and I want to display all there bookmarks on their profile page! Except that the argument doesn't work in panels:(

So here is my view

Block and Page view = table
path: bookmark_uid

Fields:
Node: Title
Node: Type (with Markups)

No filters
Is Published

Arguements
Flags 'Favorite' for UID: Use Empty String;

Sort
Comment Last Changed: Descending

Testing URL with a UID as ARG(1) works as planned.
Iinserted in a Panel causes the Empty String to show up!
