An extension allowing people signed up and accepted for an event to click yes or no on new signups. When a limit of n people have voted, the new signup is either accepted or rejected.
The extension should be able present a list of people waiting to be accepted with user defined fields shown, so e.g. name, age, picture etc. of each person can be shown with a yes and no button.

Again, this is complicated stuff that only a tiny fraction of signup.module users will want. Therefore, it belongs in a separate module that extends signup, so that people who want it can turn it on, and people who don't want it don't have to be bothered with the additional complication (and code bloat).
