When enabled Forum Thread creates error for anonymous users

When logged in it looks great.
But when I look at the error "Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /opt/www/includes/common.inc on line 1265"
It looks like someone else has had this error too http://drupal.org/node/265293.

This is the result of a url() call for displaying the login link for anonymous users if they are not allowed to comment. It's been fixed and will be in the next -dev release.
