I want to make few content type paid so which payment option is good to use. Whether I have to use ecommerce.

Paid content type? To create content, or view content? It does sound like you should use some commerce system - ecommerce or ubercard, or something else if your requirements are really simple.

yes.

I want a payment option for a content type.I want that when user create the content type he fix the amount for that content and other pay that and see the content.

Yeah, sounds like you'll need a payments engine at least. Go read some documentation about ecommerce, have a play, see how it goes.
