We tried to make a tender portal that list Indian Government Tenders. Website is regularly updated.

you should be able to build a site like tendertiger with Drupal. The main effort will be at UI design, things other than this, should be very straight forward using Drupal

And i think this is not a good Hosting question, and should be put in "Before Your Start" Section of the forum
