Nice idea, but it doesn't work at all. I cant find any link from thish module and the urls don't work either.

Also, if you can't find the link that seems like a documentation or usability problem not a "doesn't work" problem.

I confirm that no blocks seems to be added enabling this module.
I do not see any term_statistics block in the block list, sorry..
What is the purpose of this module, and what should it add?
