Drupal in Subdomain

I want to know if I can install Drupal in a subdomain. Example drupal.abc.com. Can I do that and if so, how do I do it?

You can install drupal anywhere ....
Create subdomain and upload drupal folder to subdomain directory and run install.php
Create mysql user and database through cpanel. If automated installer is there in your cpanel then select drupal and install new by selecting your subdomain.
