UPGRADE.txt needs some rephrasing

Project:Drupal core

Issue Summary

When upgrading from drupal 6.2 to drupal 6.3, I bumped into some unfortunate things in UPGRADE.txt. Here they are:

-> Step 2 is a bit confusing because of the forward pointers. This is how it is now:

"2. If possible, log on as the user with user ID 1, which is the first account
created and the main administrator account. User ID 1 will be able to
automatically access update.php in step #10. There are special instructions
in step #10 if you are unable to log on as user ID 1. Do not close your
browser until the final step is complete."

Why not change this into something like:

"2. Log onto your drupal site as the main administrator. The main administrator's account was created first and has User ID 1. If you're unable to log on as the main administrator ."

-> Step 5 is a bit unclear. How can I know what contributed modules are? Is i18n a contributed module? But it's being authored by core devs. Here's how it looks now.
"5. Disable all custom and contributed modules."

Why not change this into something like:
"5. Disable all non-core modules. You will recognise these in http://example.com/?q=/admin/build/modules "

B.T.W. What about translations? Where do these fit in?

-> Step 8 and 9 are absolutely unclear. What "new configuration file" (step 9) are we talking about? Please clearly name it.

-> Step 12 would be a lot clearer with a consequent "http://example.com/update.php" instead of just "update.php". This holds true for the entire document btw. Consistently using "http://example.com/?q=/admin/blah" to refer to things that need to be done using the web interface would make this document so much easier to grasp.

Thank you all for your work on drupal!

Sincerely,

Mark Van den Borre
