On a freshly installed ConstantContact (incl. the CC class file) in a drupal 5.7 environment I get the following error when going to CC contact import:

* warning: array_combine() [function.array-combine]: Both parameters should have at least 1 element in /home/hillview/www/cms/modules/constant_contact/constant_contact.module on line 396.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/hillview/www/cms/includes/form.inc on line 949.

It is not clear if this is a fatal error or not. With the error, the form doesn't show a "mailing list to import them to" (as per help text), so does admin screen depend on having established connection (i.e. with proper CC account name/pw) to an actual & active CC account?

I'm basicly gettting the samething.
