I had a bunch of modules to update. Did about 10 at the same time. After running update.php, none of them show up as the most recent version. They all appear as the previous versions. I've checked changelogs and install.info, and they're all up-to-date. I even tried updating to a development version, and it still won't change.
Any idea what's going on here?
Incidentally, two days later I updated to core 5.9 and that shows up fine. Updated one or two modules since then and they show up fine, but then I try to uninstall/re-install the current versions and they still show up as the old versions. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Jon

wavesailor commentedHi,
I have the same problem
I found a module that needed updating (webform), installed it and ran update.php - logs are all ok but Update Status still showd the old version of the module yet the new webform.info in sites/all/modules/webform indicates that the latest is installed. Any Ideas?
Thanks,
jj

webernet commentedBe sure that there is only one copy of the module, info file, etc. in any of your sites /modules folders. Be sure to remove the old copy of the module completely prior to replacing it with the new version. Be sure to follow all the update instructions.

wavesailor commentedYup - Fixed - That was the problem. I had created a backup folder with a copy of all the modules I was updating. Once I removed the backup folder, it worked correctly. Thanks
