Description
This is pretty close to what i am looking for; i suspect i will end up writing my own, but will list what we are looking for just FYI.
- have notepad in a block
- have submit via ajax
- (biggest one) have it based on url or url alias rather than nid since we want to keep notes on things other than nodes (such as a view)
- have ability to show notes in a block as they are submitted (likely above the notepad)
other bits:
- scroll bars for notes section in block, but not include notepad so it stays fixed
- date/time stamped

I'll remove annotate_bl ... really no time for developing that further.

i did make a new module called Notes which does what i posted i was looking for.. and looks quite nice as well.
never got around to adding as an official project but i likely should.. if anyone stumbles upon this and thinks this sounds useful, let me know and i can either post here or add as a project..
also, only dr5 at the moment; but simple little module; likely trivial to convert to 6
